One year Warranty

Allico Industries has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

We are obsessed with your safety, If your product breaks under normal use while holding a load down less than the stated WLL we want to know about it. Please contact us asap.

Please note: The damaged part must be returned to us for testing, Allico Industries will preform load tests on the same product, please identify the product with a delible (inerasable) felt pen mark, it will appear on our video of the product under the load test to determine if the product is faulty. If the product does not perform within the WLL we will refund or credit the amount of the purchase.

Please note the breaking strength of strap product is typically three times the WLL and chain product breaking strength are typically four times the WLL.
