Return Policy

At Allico Industries, we stand behind the quality of all our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any strap or chain that has been put into service, cut, modified, or shows signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, loaded, or field-tested
  • Items damaged due to misuse or overloading. Never exceed WLL.
  • Custom or special-order products reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Return

  1. Email us at sales@allicoindustries.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back prepaid and insured. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
