SHIPPING POLICY — ALLICO INDUSTRIES

Ship-From Location All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse located at: 12353 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V3V 3H2, Canada Fulfilled directly by Allico Industries — no third-party fulfillment partners.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment Window: Orders take 1–2 business days to pick, pack, and ready for shipping
  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin processing the following business day
  • Weekend Policy: Shipping runs Monday–Friday; orders do not move on weekends or statutory holidays

Shipping Methods & Carriers Canada Domestic: Shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx

  • Standard ground transit: 3–7 business days depending on province
  • Expedited options: 1–4 business days (available at checkout)
  • Tracking confirmation sent automatically once carrier scans the parcel

Free Shipping Free shipping to customers in British Columbia and Alberta on orders over $2,000 CAD (standard shipping eligible products only). Oversized products (108 inches or more in any dimension) are excluded even if order exceeds $2,000.

Heavy Parcel Shipping Optimized for packages from a few pounds up to 70 lbs. For large orders exceeding standard parcel limits (e.g. pallet shipments), contact us for a freight carrier quote.

Weight-based shipping fees calculate automatically at checkout based on total cart weight using live carrier rates or fixed weight brackets.

Some products cannot be delivered to residential addresses — we will contact you to arrange delivery to a commercial or alternate location if this applies.

No delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to package dimensions and weight limits. Products with any dimension 108 inches or more are classified as oversized and require a custom shipping solution — contact us for options.

Local Pickup Warehouse pickup is available and can be selected during checkout at our Surrey, BC location. Orders picked up in-warehouse may qualify for an additional discount on orders of $2,000 or more — contact us to arrange an appointment.

No USA Shipping Allico Industries does not ship to the United States.
