Shipping policy

Allico Industries uses standard Shopify shipping settings optimized for heavy parcel logistics to deliver product from a few pounds to typically up to 70lbs per package. For large orders that exceeds these limits, for example a pallet shipment contact us to get a quote with a freight carrier service. No shipping to the United States.

Allico Industries offers free shipping to customers in British Columbia and Alberta on online orders over $2,000 CAD.   This offer only applies to products eligible for standard shipping. Oversized products with a length of 108 inches or more are excluded from the free shipping even if your order totals over $2,000 CAD.
If your order qualifies, free shipping will appear automatically at checkout. If your order is over $2,000 and free shipping does not appear then one or more items may be oversized. Please contact us.
Local Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available and can be selected during checkout.
Orders picked up in-warehouse may qualify for additional discount if order is $2,000 or more. Contact us for a appointment.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Fulfillment Window: Orders take 1 to 2 business days to pick, pack, and ready for shipping.
  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing on the following business day.
  • Weekend Policy: Shipping operations run Monday through Friday; orders do not move on weekends or statutory holidays. Please contact us with any special requests.
Shipping Methods & Regional Speeds
  • Canada Domestic: Ground transit via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the province.
  • Tracking Confirmation: Customers receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel or pallet.
Heavy Goods Shipping Rates
  • Weight-Based Calculations: Shipping fees calculate automatically at checkout based on the total cart weight.
  • Accurate Shopify Tiers: Live carrier rates or fixed weight brackets ensure fair pricing for heavy items instead of flat-rate fees.
  • Some Products cannot be delivered to residential addresses. If this applies to your order we will contact you to arrange delivery to a commercial or alternate location.
  • No P.O. Box Delivery: Due to package dimensions and weight limits, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • Products with any dimension 108 inches or more are classified as oversized and require a custom shipping solution. Please contact us for your options.
Customs, Duties, & International Shipping
  • Cross-Border Fees: Allico Industries does not have a USA shipping policy.
